The Ella at Encore! is a 7-story apartment building, inspired by the incomparable Ella Fitzgerald, located in Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District. Structures One is proud to have designed the first building to open at Encore! It includes 160 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, a 262-space parking garage, and a landscaped amenities deck with a pool. The total building area is 313,932 square feet.

The building is a cast-in-place concrete structure with 8” post-tensioned flat slabs. At Level 4 there is a 24” thick transfer slab that supports the levels above, a recessed amenities deck, and a swimming pool suspended from the slab.
