All who drive by this house on a regular basis are amazed by its transformation from a dilapidated eyesore to one of the jewels in Odessa's horse country. The original house, built in 1967, was expanded, completely renovated, and strengthened up to current building codes. The exterior walls were reinforced in-situ with rebar, and the roof was raised with a cast-in-place concrete tie beam supporting a new roof. The structural renovations were so extensive that even the building inspector was impressed.
