This project is a 7-story mixed-use tower located in Orlando, Florida. It is approximately 233,000 GSF, and includes structured parking for almost 300 cars, and commercial office and retail spaces.

The structural system is concrete frame employing a beam-slab system and a rigid-frame lateral system (to avoid the cost of cast-in-place concrete shear walls).
