The Catchlight Crossings project is a first-of-its-kind affordable housing solution in Central Florida, created through the partnership of Universal Destinations & Experiences, Orange County and Wendover Housing. It includes 9 buildings totaling 1.4M gross square feet; 1,000 residential units (both affordable and workforce); and 1,664 parking spaces provided by 3 precast garages and 1 cast-in-place concrete garage. One building is 8 stories and is all concrete construction, and the remaining buildings range from 3 to 7 stories and are a combination of wood construction over concrete podiums.
