Flamingo Crossings is Disney’s new retail and hospitality development offered as a budget-conscious alternative to their swankier Disney Springs. The complex will host a half-million square feet of retail; 5,000 hotel and timeshare units; and over 1,000 apartment units. Two of those hotels are the Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn. The Fairfield Inn is seven stories with 223 rooms totaling 154,917 square feet. The Residence Inn is also seven stories with 223 rooms totaling 203,805 square feet.
