This project is a 7-story mixed-use tower that is part of the planned Orlando City Place. It is approximately 66,000 GSF, and will include residential units, and commercial office and retail spaces. The structural system is steel frame with composite beams and concrete deck. There is also a pedestrian bridge and underground tunnel that connects this building with the rest of the project.

The overall City Place project is planned for three residential towers with 1,200 residential units; a four-star, 227-room condo hotel, now called The Lexington Hotel; 100,000 square feet of retail space; a 14-story office tower with 120,000 square feet of Class A office space; and a 10-story, 3,200-space parking garage that wraps around the entire complex.
