This 5-story resort hotel and marina was to be located at 601 American Legion Dr., overlooking Boca Ciega Bay in Madeira Beach, Florida. The project was actually two towers totaling over 172,000 gross square feet.

It was designed as a concrete-framed structure using 8" thick post-tensioned flat plates. Structures One designs all of its own post-tensioning. The structural challenges that were solved included designing for a 150 mph hurricane wind zone (Exposure Category D) as well as hurricane storm surge (the project was in a VE Zone).
