This project is a $48 million, 15-story Class A office building dubbed Phillips View Tower at 7212 W. Sand Lake Road in Orlando, Florida. The building will feature a six-story parking garage topped by 108,000 square feet of office space beginning on the seventh floor.

The developer, Le Royal Development Inc., boasts that "every office will have a view." It is a very tight site that required a vertical solution, and the project required some creative engineering. This project had tougher challenges than most.
