This project is a 15-story residential tower surrounded by parking, townhouses, retail and office. At almost 300,000 total square feet the building includes 71 residential condominium units, 17 townhouse units, structured parking for 187 cars, and 16,000 square feet of retail and 6,300 square feet of office spaces.

"For years, downtown Clearwater struggled as its stores were nothing more than something for motorists to glance at while heading to the beach" (Tampa Bay Business Journal, 2/2008). The Strand is the latest piece in the re-development of Downtown Clearwater.
